Use of Bulletin Boards Space shall be made available to OCEA on agency/departmental bulletin boards within the Representation Unit provided such use does not interfere with the needs of the agency/department and material posted is not derogatory to the County, County employees or other employee organizations. Notice shall be dated and signed by the authorized representatives of OCEA responsible for its issuance.
ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARDS The Employer agrees to supply and make available to the Union for the posting of seniority lists and Union notices one (1) bulletin board in such place so as to inform all employees in the bargaining unit of the activities of the Union.
Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.
Bulletin Board The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so that all employees will have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of regular meetings, special meetings, seminars or Union activities.
Bulletin Boards and Newsstands The Employer will maintain bulletin board(s) or space on existing bulletin boards currently provided to the Union for union communication. In bargaining units where no bulletin board or space on existing bulletin boards has been provided, the Employer will supply the Union with a board or space. Material posted on the bulletin board will be appropriate to the workplace, politically non-partisan, in compliance with state ethics laws and identified as union literature. If requested, the Employer will identify area(s) where Union provided newsstand(s) can be located. Union provided newsstand(s) must meet the Employer’s campus standards. Union communications will not be posted or otherwise disseminated in any other location on the campus, except as provided in the Employer policy and in Section 40.7 below.
Bulletin Board Space The City shall provide reasonable space on bulletin boards for official Union notices of a non-controversial nature at each central work area.
INTERNAL MAIL 1. The Association shall have reasonable access to inter-school mail.
Union Bulletin Boards The Employer will provide bulletin boards in each building which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types:
Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.
Travel, Meals and Lodging When provided for in the Mini-Bid and resultant Authorized User Agreement, an Authorized User may reimburse travel expenses. All rules and regulations associated with this travel can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/travel/travel.htm. In no case will any travel reimbursement be paid that exceeds these rates. All travel will be paid only as part of a deliverable specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with that associated Invoice with receipts attached. The Contractor shall receive prior approval from the Authorized User for any travel that occurs during the term of an Authorized User Agreement. Parking fees and/or parking tickets may not be paid by an Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authorized User, a vehicle will not be provided by Authorized User to the Contractor for travel. Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost-effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor shall provide evidence of three (3) written or telephone price quotes, and the paid invoice must detail the type of vehicle rented, miles traveled, license plate number, and time of pickup and return. The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for reimbursement, by personnel for travel in performance of the services.
