Personal Transportation. No employee shall be required to transport/drive students in his/her personal vehicle or one provided by the District.
Personal Transportation. All employees must furnish their own transportation to the 35 original bus departure point
Personal Transportation. The nurse shall not be required to transport any student in his/her personal car.
Personal Transportation. Employees who are permitted to furnish their own transportation while on Company business, will be reimbursed at the appropriate mileage rate. In those instances, when, at the discretion of the Company, employees are permitted to provide their own transportation in lieu of air travel, reimbursement shall be at the appropriate mileage rate. The Company further agrees that if the mileage rate is changed for any employee group with the Company during the term of this Agreement, such change will be extended to all employees covered by this Agreement.
Personal Transportation. Professional Employees required to provide their own transportation in the performance of their regular teaching assignments shall be compensated at the Kansas state mileage rate.
Personal Transportation. A. An employee in this bargaining unit using his/her own vehicle for Board purposes may be requested, but not required, to transport one passenger.
B. An employee who is assigned to an Akron Public Schools owned vehicle, and is unable to start said vehicle, shall report his/her inability to start said vehicle to Transportation Services and shall then report to his/her xxxxxxx or supervisor by telephone. It shall be the employee’s responsibility to report to his/her work station for assignment unless instructed otherwise by his/her xxxxxxx.
C. All employees driving Akron Public Schools owned vehicles shall be covered with liability insurance to cover property damage and personal injury for accidents. Said insurance shall be purchased and paid for by the Employer.
D. Mileage data shall be made available to all employees who use their personal vehicles for Board purposes.
E. Members driving their own vehicles for Board purposes shall not be required to carry any item that will not fit inside the automobile trunk with the lid closed. Such employees shall not be required to carry an item in excess of 100 pounds and two (2) employees--one of which may be a Buildings Services employee-- shall be provided to load or unload an item in excess of 100 pounds from or into a car trunk. Any tool or equipment hauled must be cleaned by the employee who used it. A 6 mil plastic bag shall be provided upon request to any employee hauling the sewer machine. Members driving their own vehicles on Board business will not be required to transport drain cleaner, coil cleaner or muriatic acid if those substances have been removed from their original containers.
F. Parking facilities shall be available to all employees on an equal basis.
G. Employees in this bargaining unit shall be reimbursed for driving their personal vehicles for official Board business in accordance with the following rate: the established I.R.S. amount in effect as of July 1, which shall be the rate for the ensuing fiscal year.
Personal Transportation. Personal transportation when used for City business approved by the City Superintendent shall be compensated at the rate of twenty-five cents (.25) per mile.
Personal Transportation. 24.01 Employees and their dependent family members who are residents of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, are eligible for two (2) personal trips per year from Xxxxxx Xxxxx to Edmonton, Alberta. Residents are defined as those who have a NT mailing address and are covered by the NT Health Care.
24.02 Employees working the Northern Rotational work schedule, and their dependent family members who are residents of the NT, are eligible for two (2) personal trips from their point of hire to Edmonton, Alberta. Residents are defined as those who have a NT mailing address and are covered by the NT Health Care.
24.03 The Company will provide a cash payment equal to 95% of the full fare economy return airfare for those eligible employees and their dependent family members. The payment will be paid in two (2) installments, one half on January 15 and one half on June 30. The value of the payment will be determined one month prior to the installment date based on Canadian North Airline pricing. For dependents attaining the age of 2 or 12 between installment payments, the increased payment amount will be made in the installment prior to the dependent attaining the age of 2 or 12. Children under two years of age do not require an airline ticket to fly, therefore are not eligible for personal flights. Cash payments will be paid as per approval received from CRA. Employees will supply a written declaration indicating that the payment received will be used entirely for vacation travel. Employees will be responsible for keeping all documentation required by CRA.
24.04 New or transferred employees will be eligible for the travel allowance as follows:
(a) If the employee and family relocate on or before June 30th, they will be eligible for two (2) trips in that year.
(b) If an employee and family relocate after June 30th, they will be eligible for one (1) trip for that calendar year.
24.05 Employees who transfer out of Xxxxxx Xxxxx before March 31st will not be eligible for any personal trips in that calendar year. Employees who transfer out of Xxxxxx Xxxxx on or before September 1st will have their eligibility for that year reduced to one trip per family member.
24.06 Travel allowance is paid on a per family basis, therefore if two (2) married or equivalent to married Imperial Oil employees work in Xxxxxx Xxxxx, only one of the employees will be entitled to the allowance.
