Use of Singular or Masculine. Feminine Wherever the singular or masculine/feminine is used in this Agreement, it shall be construed as meaning the plural or feminine/masculine, if the context requires, unless otherwise specifically stated.

Use of Singular or Masculine. At times this Agreement the masculine ---------------------------- singular gender maybe be used even though it is clear that the reference is to either more than one party or person, to a female person or an entity. This is done solely for the ease of preparation and reading of the Agreement and the reference is to be understood as referring to the persons or entities that fit the context, whether male, female, an entity, singular, plural or a combination of these.

  • Singular, Plural, Gender References to one gender include all genders and references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

  • Singular/Plural All references in this Agreement to the singular shall include the plural where applicable, and all references to gender shall include both genders and the neuter.

  • Gender and Use of Singular and Plural All pronouns shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, neuter, singular or plural, as the identity of the party or parties or their personal representatives, successors and assigns may require.

  • HEADINGS; SINGULAR/PLURAL The headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference and shall not form part of, or affect the interpretation of, this Agreement. Whenever required by the context of this Agreement, the singular shall include the plural and masculine shall include the feminine.

  • Variation of Pronouns All pronouns and any variations thereof shall be deemed to refer to masculine, feminine or neuter, singular or plural, as the identity of the Person or Persons may require.
