Common use of Use of State Phones Clause in Contracts

Use of State Phones. CDF FIREFIGHTERS stewards and officers shall be permitted reasonable use of department phones to make calls for CDF FIREFIGHTERS representation purposes provided, however, that such use of the phones does not result in additional charges to the State or interfere with their work or the operations of the State. When a Unit 8 xxxxxxx or officer is called by a management representative while on duty, the xxxxxxx or officer may return the call without charge. A CDF FIREFIGHTERS xxxxxxx or officer may return a call to a management representative even though the call may result in a cost to the state.
