Use of Temporary Disability Leave. Temporary disability leave may be used in the event of absence due to disabilities resulting from illness, injury, accident, pregnancy, miscarriage, abortion, childbirth, recovery therefrom, emergencies, and up to three (3) days for adoption. Three (3) days leave to be deducted from temporary disability leave may be used for expectant fathers to attend childbirth.
