Use of the City Phone System. The City shall provide the Lodge the use of an untapped phone line within the City's telephone system. This line shall be used exclusively to conduct Lodge business by authorized Lodge representatives. Should the Lodge decide to request such phone service, the Lodge shall pay all costs associated therewith.
