Use of University Name. In accordance with Section 7.2., Company and its Affiliates and Sublicensees may not use the name “University of Massachusetts” or any variation of that name in connection with the marketing or sale of any Licensed Products.

Use of University Name. Supplier agrees that it will not use the University’s name or the fact that Supplier has a contract with the University in any press release, advertising or promotional materials, or public announcement.
Use of University Name. The District acknowledges that the University owns the trademark and all other rights in the name “Texas A&M University-Kingsville” (the “University Name”). The University grants the District a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the University Name in connection with the District, subject to the right of the University, upon request, to review and approve such uses. The University does not grant any rights or licenses to the District to any University trademark, service xxxx, name, or logo other than the University Name unless provided in a separate license agreement between the parties. The University may extend or revoke this license at any time for any or no reason, in its entirety or as to particular uses of the University Name by the District. The District may not: (a) use any colorable imitation or variant form of the University Name; (b) take any action that would bring the University Name into public disrepute; (c) take any action that would tend to destroy or diminish the University’s goodwill in the University Name; or (d) challenge, contest, impair, invalidate, or take any action tending to impair or invalidate the University’s rights in the University Name. The District shall copy the University on all press releases and other public communications regarding the District.
Use of University Name. Vendor shall not use the name of the University in any written material including but not limited to brochures, letters, and circulars, without the prior written consent of University.
Use of University Name. Contractor agrees it will not use the name or intellectual property, including but not limited to, University trademarks in any manner, including commercial advertising or as a business reference, without the expressed prior written consent of the University.

Use of University Name. Licensee shall not include any signage at the Facilities in the Production that contains any California State University name, or any abbreviation thereof, to imply, indicate or otherwise suggest that any product, service, or organization is connected or affiliated with, or is endorsed, favored, or supported by, The California State University or any of its educational institutions. Additionally, Licensee shall not display, advertise, or announce any California State University name in connection with any economic or commercial advertising or promotional activity.
Use of University Name. The Producer shall have the right to reference and display the University's name, logo, trademarks, signs, marks or slogans (“Marks”), as depicted in, on, and/or about the Property for inclusion in the Program, and for appropriate attribution in the Program credits. Otherwise, and except as explicitly permitted herein, the Producer shall have no right to use the University’s name or Marks in any advertising or publicity material without the prior, written permission of the University.
