Use of Vacation Entitlement. 14A.20 An employee absent because of illness or injury who has exhausted his/her IIP hours, if any, may use any vacation entitlement owing as IIP hours. In that case, the vacation will be treated as IIP hours and the provisions of this Article will apply.
