Billing Disputes 7.6.3.1 Each Party agrees to notify the other Party upon the discovery of a billing dispute. In the event of a billing dispute, the Parties will endeavor to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) calendar days of the Xxxx Date on which such disputed charges appear. Resolution of the dispute is expected to occur at the first level of management resulting in a recommendation for settlement of the dispute and closure of a specific billing period. If the issues are not resolved within the allotted time frame, the following resolution procedure will begin:
Use of Data by User Registry Operator will permit user to use the zone file for lawful purposes; provided that (a) user takes all reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access to and use and disclosure of the data and (b) under no circumstances will Registry Operator be required or permitted to allow user to use the data to, (i) allow, enable, or otherwise support the transmission by email, telephone, or facsimile of mass unsolicited, commercial advertising or solicitations to entities other than user’s own existing customers, or (ii) enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that send queries or data to the systems of Registry Operator or any ICANN-‐accredited registrar.
Use of Likeness As part of the consideration for this Housing Agreement, Resident authorizes Owner and its affiliates to make photographs and video recordings of Resident in community and resident amenity areas, and irrevocably grants Owner and its affiliates a royalty-free license to use Resident’s image and likeness for all lawful purposes, including promotional purposes in advertising, video, web, social media and other formats.
Invoice Disputes If you believe any delivered software or service does not conform to the warranties in this Agreement, you will provide us with written notice within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the applicable invoice. The written notice must contain reasonable detail of the issues you contend are in dispute so that we can confirm the issue and respond to your notice with either a justification of the invoice, an adjustment to the invoice, or a proposal addressing the issues presented in your notice. We will work with you as may be necessary to develop an action plan that outlines reasonable steps to be taken by each of us to resolve any issues presented in your notice. You may withhold payment of the amount(s) actually in dispute, and only those amounts, until we complete the action items outlined in the plan. If we are unable to complete the action items outlined in the action plan because of your failure to complete the items agreed to be done by you, then you will remit full payment of the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend delivery of all SaaS Services, including maintenance and support services, if you fail to pay an invoice not disputed as described above within fifteen (15) days of notice of our intent to do so.
Domain Name Disputes You agree that, if the registration or reservation of your domain name is challenged by a third party, you will be subject to the provisions specified by the Registry or any court of law.

We are not responsible for any of the opinions expressed in the Message Boards. By posting a message to the message board You agree to take full legal responsibility and liability for your comments, including for offensive or defamatory statements. Feedback: Feedback is provided for the purpose of facilitating trading by You on Our Website. Feedback provided on other parties must not contain offensive, defamatory, retaliatory or inappropriate language or content. We may remove any feedback that is considered to be offensive, defamatory, retaliatory or inappropriate. You may only give feedback that relates to a specific transaction. You must not post feedback on a transaction that does not relate to that specific transaction. You must not post feedback about Yourself or include any contact details or Personal Information in Your feedback.
Fee Disputes If You in good faith dispute the amount of any invoice, You will timely pay the undisputed amount and will notify Us in writing of the disputed amount no later than the date payment would otherwise be due, providing the reasons for the dispute. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after Our receipt of Your notice of dispute (the “Resolution Period”), during which time withholding of the disputed amount will not be considered a material breach of this Agreement, no interest will accrue for late payment of the disputed amount. Upon resolution of the dispute, You will pay the resolved amount promptly but in any case within ten (10) days of mutual written agreement resolving the dispute. If the dispute is not resolved within the thirty-day (30) Resolution Period, then each party will be entitled to pursue all available remedies.
Labour Disputes 15.01 If employees are prevented from performing their duties because of a strike or lock-out on the premises of another employer, the employees shall report the matter to the Employer, and the Employer will make reasonable efforts to ensure that such employees are employed elsewhere, so that they shall receive their regular pay and benefits to which they would normally be entitled.
Merchant Disputes The Credit Union is not responsible for the refusal of any merchant or financial institution to honor your card. The Credit Union is subject to claims and defenses (other than tort claims) arising out of goods or services you purchase with the card if you have made a good faith attempt but have been unable to obtain satisfaction from the merchant or service provider, and (a) your purchase was made in response to an advertisement the Credit Union sent or participated in sending to you; or (b) your purchase cost more than $50.00 and was made in your state or within 100 miles of your home.
Resolving Disputes The Company and the customer will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute between them. If they cannot resolve their dispute between them, they will:-
