Common use of Used Oil Clause in Contracts

Used Oil. Any oil that has been refined from crude oil or has been synthetically produced, and is no longer useful because of extended storage, spillage or contamination with non- hazardous impurities such as dirt or water; or has been used and as a result of such use has been contaminated with non-hazardous physical or chemical impurities. Used Oil must be generated at the Service Unit from which the Used Oil is collected. Used Oil does not include transmission fluid.

Used Oil. Any oil that has been refined from crude oil or has been 4 synthetically produced, and is no longer useful to the Service Recipient because of 5 extended storage, spillage or contamination with non- non-hazardous impurities such as dirt or 6 water; or has been used and as a result of such use has been contaminated with non-non- 7 hazardous physical or chemical impurities. Used Oil must be generated at the Service 8 Unit from which the Used Oil is collected. Used Oil does not include transmission fluid.

Used Oil must be generated at the 3 Service Unit from which the Used Oil is collected. Used Oil does not include 4 transmission fluid.
