User Account Access. In the normal course of business, we will require you to provide login credentials (“Credentials”) to access your User Account. We may impose additional security measures when you access Exchange, including but not limited to two-factor authentication (“2FA”). This 2FA may include security passcodes sent via mobile text message, electronic mail or an application designed to provide 2FA by other means. You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of any password or login credentials. We may provide data through such 2FA application in order to authenticate your use of Exchange. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by a 2FA device, software or method.

User Account Access. To use the NGO Offerings and any Clearinghouse Services or other services specifically made available to you by Client, and for each such Service to operate properly, End User must supply Client with certain enrollment and registration data (“Registration Data”), all of which must be accurate and updated as appropriate. Failure to properly maintain the Registration Data shall be a breach of the Agreement. End User should ensure that it can receive e-mail from Company and Client, which may require End User to add Company to a “trusted” sender list to avoid delays or having Company’s correspondences blocked from End User’s inbox. End User acknowledges that Client, not Company, is responsible for providing End User with the requisite IDs and passwords to access any of the Services. End User acknowledges that any termination of this Agreement or the Master Agreement or the relationship between End User and Client, regardless of cause, will halt End Users’ access and use of the Products and Services (including any data that may be accessible only through Product and Services) and Company shall not be liable for any damages to End User and/or any patient caused by the inaccessibility.

  • Account Access Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.

  • Client Accounts 17.1 It is agreed and understood that the types of the different Client Accounts offered by the Company and the characteristics of such Client Accounts are found on the Website and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and according to paragraph 43 hereunder.

  • Customer Account Customer must have an account and an alphanumeric key uniquely associated with Customer’s account (a “Token”), to the extent applicable, to use the Products and Services, and Customer is responsible for:

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.

  • Account Alerts The Account Alerts service is a tool for managing accounts. By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.
