Users’ Part. In the MobileMAN, people come together, and create the network, for some collaborative activity. The human interactions associated with the activity are key aspects in order to establish services and infrastructures [18]. The technical work relies on this concept. The reaction of the users to this new philosophy, which impacts the application level as well, is an important measurement tool for tuning and modifying the ad hoc networking paradigm. At the same time, this activity is essential for discovering the ad hoc networking potentiality in terms of users needs and requirements, as well as social and economic input. For that reason, the integration of the technical components and the evaluation of the MobileMAN paradigms in terms of users’ satisfactions are strongly correlated. In fact, the MobileMAN technology aim to be a suitable and effective technology to construct the citizens’ network: communicating people sharing common interests or problems, which self-organise their own network by simply co-operating. In particular, MobileMAN can be seen as the technology that compensate for the fact that traditional communication technologies do not take in account the difficulties of some groups of persons to access the communication facilities. For example, for youth, it is difficult to communicate as they would and could do, because of the communication costs. Similarly, for people with special needs that are often alone, a free communication systems that provide them a continuous connection with the society is fundamental for maintaining an acceptable level of social life, and thus providing an increase in their quality of life. For example, it can be used for sharing information, or for communicating with people with similar problems and interests, or even for spending their time by playing games. Therefore, once the full system is integrated, it is necessary to validate it in this perspective. The validation will include two steps: identification of the applications to test, and validation of the self-organising paradigm with users.

  • Failure of Allottee to take Possession of [Apartment/Plot] Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the [Apartment/Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the [Apartment/Plot] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

  • Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Apartment Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the Apartment from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Apartment to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2.

  • WORK STOPPAGES AND LOCKOUTS 4.1 During the term of this Agreement there shall be no strikes, picketing, work stoppages, slowdowns or other disruptive activity for any reason by the Union, its applicable Local Union or by any employee, and there shall be no lockout by the Contractor. Failure of any Union, Local Union or employee to cross any picket line established at the Project site is a violation of this Article. Any damages resulting from any violation of this Agreement will be paid by the violating party.

  • Failure of Allottee to take Possession of plot [Apartment/Plot] - Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as per para 7.2, the Allottee shall take possession of the plot [Apartment/Plot] from the Promoter by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the plot [Apartment/Plot] to the allottee. In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2. Also in the event of Allottee’s failure to take possession or getting conveyance deed done in time limit, for any reason whatsoever, expenditure incurred on the taking care and/or maintenance of the plot shall be charged extra at the rate of rupees thirty per sqm of the plot area plus taxes per month from the date onwards other than external maintenance charges, and be paid by the purchaser as and when demanded by the builder.

  • STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS The Union agrees during the term of this Agreement there will be no slowdown or strike, stoppage of work or refusal to work or to continue to work. The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will be no lockout.

  • Shifting of obstructing utilities The Concessionaire shall, subject to Applicable Laws and with assistance of the Authority, undertake shifting of any utility including electric lines, water pipes and telephone cables, to an appropriate location or alignment within or outside the Site if and only if such utility causes or shall cause a material adverse effect on the construction, operation or maintenance of the Project. The cost of such shifting shall be borne by the Authority or by the entity owning such utility, if the Authority so directs, and in the event of any delay in shifting thereof, the Concessionaire shall be excused for failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder if such failure is a direct consequence of delay on the part of the entity owning such electric lines, water pipes or telephone cables, as the case may be.

  • APPLICATION OF THIS PART 1.1 This Part A applies if you have requested in your Application that we supply you with Voice Services and sets out the terms and conditions on which we will supply you with Voice Services.

This section shall not authorize the removal of materials from the evaluation file when there is a dispute concerning a matter of judgment or opinion rather than fact. Materials may also be removed pursuant to the resolution of a grievance.
