Common use of Utility Compensation Clause in Contracts

Utility Compensation. To compensate the Utility for the provision of the Net Crediting Program, the Utility will retain the Utility Administrative Fee, deducted from the CDG Sponsor Payment, as described in the Net Crediting Tariff. The Utility may not retain any Utility Administrative Fee in connection with the Excluded Anchor Customer.
