Utility Confirmation. As part of the final submission, the Professional shall submit written confirmation from all utility providers of their capability to service the Project.
Utility Confirmation. Parent and Universal shall have received written confirmation from CMP or Bangor Hydro, as the case may be, in form and substance satisfactory to Parent and Universal, that no consent or approval of either of such utilities is required under a Power Purchase Agreement with respect to the consummation of the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.
