Utility Curtailment Orders Sample Clauses
Utility Curtailment Orders. With respect to each Facility that is the subject of a Transaction, Customer will comply with any and all curtailment or interruption orders, instructions or similar notices by an applicable Utility requiring the interruption or curtailment of Customer's energy usage at such Facility (a "Utility Curtailment Order"). Customer will be responsible for and pay any and all Penalties associated with Customer's failure to comply with a Utility Curtailment Order.

Each Sysco Party will comply with any and all curtailment or interruption orders, instructions or similar notices by a Utility requiring the interruption or curtailment of such Sysco Party’s energy usage at any of its Facilities (a "Utility Curtailment Order").
