Utilization of Extended Sick Leave. After a pregnant unit member has exhausted her sick leave, she will be entitled to use any remaining Extended Sick Leave, payable at 50% of regular salary pursuant to section 12.3.2 above. If a unit member has exhausted Extended Sick Leave, the remaining portion of baby-bonding leave will be unpaid.
