Your Use of the Service 4.1 You will not use the Service in any way that would constitute or contribute to the commission of a crime, tort, fraud, or other unlawful activity (including activities deemed unlawful under a complainant’s legal jurisdiction) (“Laws”). You will indemnify, and keep us fully indemnified, against all costs, claims, demands, expenses, and liabilities arising out of, or in connection with, any claim that the Service (or its use) infringes any Laws.

Use of Services and Content 3.1 Sage Services are only available to bona fide end-users with a requirement for services of the nature of those that we provide. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without further liability to you where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your use of the Sage Services is for competitive purposes (including competitive monitoring, assessment or otherwise).
Misuse of Internet-based Services You may not use these services in any way that could harm them or impair anyone else’s use of them. You may not use the services to try to gain unauthorized access to any service, data, account or network by any means.
Selection of Consulting Services 7. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, and except as set forth in the paragraph below, the Borrower shall apply quality- and cost-based selection for selecting and engaging Consulting Services. Schedule 4
Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

Your Use of the Services You agree to comply with U.S. or other applicable law regarding the transmission of any information obtained from the Services in accordance with this Agreement, not to use the Services for illegal purposes or in manner inconsistent with this Agreement, and not to interfere with or disrupt the networks connected to the Services. You agree to use the Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, anyone else. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You acquire no rights to the Services and/or materials we provide to you other than the limited right to utilize the Services in accordance with this Agreement.
Use of Services Mobile Banking will not work unless you use it properly. You accept responsibility for making sure that you understand how to use Mobile Banking before you actually do so, and you use Mobile Banking in accordance with any online instructions posted on our website. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your wireless device and the Mobile Banking software ("Software") required to use the Service. The Software is provided by a service provider not affiliated with the Credit Union and you are solely responsible for entering a license agreement to use the software. We will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking service, the Software or your wireless device. You may experience technical or other difficulties related to the Mobile Banking service that may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other Mobile Banking service interruptions. We assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery or failure to store any user data, communications or personalization settings in connection with your use of the Mobile Banking service. We assume no responsibility for the operation, security, or functionality of any wireless device or mobile network which you utilize to access the Mobile Banking service. Financial information shown on the Mobile Banking service reflects the most recent account information available through the Mobile Banking service.
