Vacation Account. 1427 Effective June 1, 2001, eligible full-time employees shall accrue vacation hours on a monthly basis according to the following schedule: Length Of Service Hours Per Month Days Per Month Days Per Year 0 – 4 Years 6.66 0.83 10 5 – 8 Years 10.00 1.25 15 9 – 10 Years 13.33 1.66 20 11 + 16.66 2.08 25 1428 Part-time employees shall accrue vacation hours prorated based on hours paid (up to a maximum of eighty (80) hours) in the preceding two (2) pay periods.
