Vacation Accrual for Transitioned Employees. Accumulation for vacation benefits – Employees who have transitioned from temporary status to regular employee status shall accrue vacation benefits based on their total years of service (since their most recent temporary employee hire anniversary). This benefit shall only apply for time spent in full-time temporary employment before their transition to regular appointment.
