Common use of Vacation and Sick Leave Time Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Sick Leave Time. Executive shall be entitled to annual sick leave time pursuant to the plan or policy adopted by the Company, or as hereafter may be amended, available for other executive officers of Company. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Executive shall be entitled to annual vacation time equal to no less than four (4) weeks paid vacation every year throughout the term of this Agreement.

Vacation and Sick Leave Time. Executive shall be entitled to annual vacation and sick leave time pursuant to the plan or policy adopted by the Companycurrently in effect, or as hereafter may be amended, available for other executive officers of Company. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Executive Vacation time shall be entitled to annual vacation time accrue monthly at a rate equal to no less than four (4) weeks paid vacation every year throughout the term of this Agreement.
