Common use of Vacation and Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year).

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the TermExecutive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall be entitled to (a) sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company its senior executives from time to time and (b) 4 up to five weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours none of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year), which shall be accrued, scheduled and taken in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy as in effect from time to time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Employment Term, the Executive ----------------------- shall be entitled to (a) paid vacation and sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company from and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)its affiliated companies.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, The Executive shall be entitled eligible to (a) participate in the Company's standard vacation and sick leave in accordance with benefit plan and the Company’s policies applicable number of vacation days afforded to similarly situated executive officers Executive under the terms of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may plan shall be carried forward to a succeeding 20 days per year).

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation time for each calendar year and such paid sick leave as is in accordance with the Company’s normal Company policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company and practices in effect from time to time for senior executives but in no event less than four (4) weeks vacation; provided, however, that unless otherwise approved in writing by the Board, no more than two weeks of such vacation time may be used consecutively, and (b) 4 weeks provided, further, that any accrued but unused vacation time and paid vacation sick leave remaining at the end of each calendar year (up shall be forfeited unless otherwise agreed to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)in writing by the Company and Executive.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall will be entitled to such periods of paid vacation (anot less than three weeks per year) and sick leave in accordance allowance each year that are consistent with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time 's vacation and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)sick leave policy for senior management.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave each year, in accordance with the Company’s Employer's policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may time; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that Executive shall be carried forward entitled to a succeeding minimum of four weeks vacation per year).

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the TermExecutive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall be entitled to (a) sick and vacation leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of its senior executives, which leave shall accrue and be taken in accordance with the Company Company’s sick and vacation policies in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid time. Executive’s right to carry over unused vacation each from one calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may the next shall be carried forward to a succeeding year)determined by the Company’s vacation policy.

During For each 12-month period during the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to (a) four weeks of vacation without loss of compensation or other benefits to which he is entitled under this Agreement, to be taken at such times as the Executive may select and the affairs of the Company may permit. The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave each year in accordance amounts consistent with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)policy for all employees.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to (a) paid vacation and sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company from Bank and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 12 month period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Bank and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)its affiliated companies.

Executive shall be entitled to sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s 's policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During Executive shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the Termperformance of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, pursuant to the following: (i) Executive shall be entitled to annual vacation in accordance with the vacation policies of the Company as in effect from time to time, which shall in no event be less than four weeks per year; vacation must be taken at such time or times as approved by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company; and (aii) Executive shall be entitled to sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s vacation and sick leave policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of adopted by the Company from time to time and time, provided that the Executive shall be entitled to no less than four (b4) 4 weeks of paid vacation each calendar year (up year. Any vacation shall be at such time and for such periods as shall be mutually agreed upon between the Executive and the Company. The Executive shall be entitled to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)all public holidays observed by the Company.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, The Executive shall be entitled to (a) participate in the standard vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable benefit plan made available to similarly situated executive officers senior executives of the Company from time generally, provided that the number of vacation days afforded to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may the Executive under any such plan shall in no event be carried forward to a succeeding less than 20 days per year).

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, The Executive shall be entitled to up to forty-five (a45) sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers business days of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)and reasonable sick leave.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, A. The Executive shall be entitled to a total of five (a5) weeks of vacation each Employment Year, such vacation to be in accordance with the terms of the Company's announced policy for executive employees, as in effect from time to time. The Executive may take his vacation at such time or times as shall not interfere with the performance of his duties under this Agreement. B. The Executive shall be entitled to paid sick leave and holidays in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated 's announced policy for executive officers of the Company employees, as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. Vacation and Sick Leave. The Executive shall be entitled to a total of four (a4) weeks of vacation each fiscal year of the Company, such vacation to be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s announced policy for executive employees, as in effect from time to time. The Executive may take his vacation at such time or times as shall not interfere with the performance of his duties under this Agreement. B. The Executive shall be entitled to paid sick leave and holidays in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated announced policy for executive officers of the Company employees, as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the TermTerm of Employment, Executive shall be entitled to (a) paid annual vacation periods and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies of the Corporation applicable to similarly situated executive officers of Executive’s rank employed by the Company Corporation or its affiliates and as in effect as of the Commencement Date or as may be modified by the Corporation from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which as may be carried forward applicable to a succeeding year)officers of Executive’s rank employed by the Corporation or its affiliates.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During Executive shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent himself voluntarily from the Termperformance of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, pursuant to the following: (i) Executive shall be entitled to 30 days of vacation per year in accordance with the vacation policies of the Company as in effect from time to time; vacation must be taken at such time or times as approved by the Board of Directors; and (aii) Executive shall be entitled to sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

During the Term, The Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s vacation and sick leave policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of adopted by the Company from time to time and time, provided that the Executive shall be entitled to no less than five (b5) 4 weeks paid of vacation each calendar year (up year. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) four weeks of paid vacation per year, or such longer period as may be provided by the Company, in accordance with the plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company applicable to peer corporate executives of the Company generally. Executive shall be eligible for sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies 's most favorable practices generally applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)for executives.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During Executive shall be entitled, without loss of pay, to absent herself voluntarily from the Termperformance of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, pursuant to the following: i. Executive shall be entitled to annual vacation in accordance with the vacation policies of the Company as in effect from time to time, which shall in no event be less than four (a4) weeks per year; vacation must be taken at such time or times as approved by Endo’s Chief Executive Officer; and ii. Executive shall be entitled to sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During Executive shall be entitled to five (5) -------------------------- weeks of paid vacation during each year of his employment hereunder. Such vacation shall be taken at such time, or times, as shall not be disruptive to the Termbusiness of the Company. Scheduling shall be accomplished with the Executive Committee. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to (a) paid sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and fifteen (b15) 4 weeks paid vacation days each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year).

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the TermExecutive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall be entitled to (a) sick leave in accordance with the Company’s and Opco’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time its senior executives and (b) 4 five (5) weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year).

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s vacation and sick leave policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of adopted by the Company from time to time and time, provided that the Executive shall be entitled to no less than five (b5) 4 weeks of paid vacation each calendar year (up year. Any vacation shall be at such time and for such periods as shall be mutually agreed upon between the Executive and the Company. Vacation and Sick Leave. During On an annual basis, the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) as many paid vacation days and as much sick leave as the Executive, in accordance with his best judgment, deems appropriate and reasonable. The Executive shall schedule and take such vacation days so as not to materially disrupt or impair the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers operations of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)Corporation.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to an aggregate of four (a4) weeks of paid vacation, and five (5) days of paid sick leave in accordance with leave, prorated for any portion of a year to the date of termination. The timing and duration of any vacation shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year), in its discretion.

Vacation and Sick Leave. (ab) The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

During the Term, The Executive shall be entitled to (a) three weeks of vacation the first year and four weeks annually thereafter without loss of compensation or other benefits to which he is entitled under this Agreement, to be taken at such times as the Executive may select and the affairs of the Company may permit. The Executive is entitled to sick leave each year in accordance with policies established by the Company’s policies applicable board of directors which shall be comparable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)other executives.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the TermTerm of Employment, Executive shall be entitled to (a) paid annual vacation periods and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company Corporation as in effect as of the Commencement Date or as may be modified by the Corporation from time to time and as may be typical for senior management officers employed by the Corporation, but in no event less than four (b4) 4 weeks of paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding per year).

The Executive is also entitled to sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave each year, in accordance with the Company’s Employer's policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may time, provided, however, that Executive shall be carried forward entitled to a succeeding minimum of four weeks vacation per year).

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Termeach year of his employment, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave benefits under the Company’s policies equal to the maximum available to any Company senior executive, but in any event not less than 4 weeks per calendar year, determined without regard to the period of service that might otherwise be necessary to entitle Executive to such vacation or sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the standard Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)policy.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, The Executive shall be entitled to (a) four weeks of vacation and reasonable periods of sick leave during each calendar year in accordance with established Company policy. The Executive shall continue to receive his Base Salary during the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers time of the Company from time to time his vacation and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)sick leave.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to take four (a4) weeks of paid vacation per year and shall be entitled to sick leave in accordance days during the terms of his employment consistent with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)'s standard practice for its employees generally.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation time for each calendar year and such paid sick leave as is in accordance with the Company’s normal Company policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company and practices in effect from time to time for senior executives but in no event less than four (4) weeks of vacation and ten (b10) 4 days of paid sick leave; provided, however, that unless otherwise approved in writing by the CFO, no more than two weeks paid of such vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which time may be carried forward used consecutively, and provided, further, that any accrued but unused vacation time and paid sick leave over and above four (4) weeks and ten (10) days, respectively, shall be forfeited unless otherwise agreed to a succeeding year)in writing by the Company and Executive.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Employment Term Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company senior executives as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, (a) The Executive shall be entitled to annual vacation in accordance with the policies periodically established for similarly situated executives of the Company; provided, however, that in no event shall the Executive's annual vacation entitlement be less than three (a3) weeks per year, provided that the operation of the business of the Company so permits. (b) The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s 's policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, The Executive shall be entitled to (a) four weeks of vacation during each calendar year during which this Agreement is in effect, and to paid holidays given by the Company to its domestic employees generally, without reduction in salary or other benefits; provided, however, that Executive may take in excess of four weeks vacation with the prior approval of the Chief Executive Officer, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, if it will not hinder the performance by Executive of his services under this Agreement or the operation of the Trade Products Division. The Executive shall also be entitled to sick leave in accordance with according to the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of sick leave policy which the Company may adopt from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During For each 12-month period during the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to (a) four weeks of vacation without loss of compensation or other benefits to which she is entitled under this Agreement, to be taken at such times as the Executive may select and the affairs of the Company may permit. The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave each year in accordance amounts consistent with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)policy for all employees.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the TermExecutive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave in accordance with the CompanyEmployer’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company its senior executives as may exist from time to time, which such vacation shall accrue and be taken in accordance with the Employer’s vacation policies in effect from time and (b) 4 weeks paid to time. Executive’s right, if any, to carry over unused vacation each from one calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may the next shall be carried forward determined by the Employer’s vacation policy in effect from time to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s vacation and sick leave policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of adopted by the Company from time to time and time, provided that the Executive shall be entitled to no less than five (b5) 4 weeks paid of vacation each calendar year (up year. The timing and duration of any vacation shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year), in its discretion.

Vacation and Sick Leave. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation and sick leave each year, in accordance with the Company’s Employer's policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may time; provided, however, that Executive shall be carried forward entitled to a succeeding minimum of four weeks vacation per year).

The Executive may take his vacation at such time or times as shall not interfere with the performance of his duties under this Agreement. (ab) The Executive shall be entitled to paid sick leave and holidays in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated announced policy for executive officers of the Company employees, as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to (a) vacation time for each calendar year and such paid sick leave as is in accordance with the Company’s normal Company policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company and practices in effect from time to time for senior executives but in no event less than four (4) weeks of vacation and ten (b10) 4 days of paid sick leave; provided, however, that unless otherwise approved in writing by the CEO, no more than two weeks paid of such vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which time may be carried forward used consecutively, and provided, further, that any accrued but unused vacation time and paid sick leave over and above four (4) weeks and ten (10) days, respectively, shall be forfeited unless otherwise agreed to a succeeding year)in writing by the Company and Executive.

During the TermTerm of Employment, Executive shall be entitled to (a) paid annual vacation periods and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company Corporation as in effect as of the Commencement Date or as may be modified by the Corporation from time to time and as may be typical for senior management officers employed by the Corporation, but in no event less than five (b5) 4 weeks of paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding per year).

(b) The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company as in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to (a) annual vacation in any calendar year of 19 days, subject to the Company's vacation policies for executives in effect from time to time. The Executive also shall be entitled to 10 days of sick leave (without loss of pay) in accordance with the Company’s 's sick leave policies applicable to similarly situated executive officers of the Company for executives, in effect from time to time and (b) 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year (up to 40 hours of which may be carried forward to a succeeding year)time.

Vacation and Sick Leave. (a) During the Termterm of her employment under this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to an annual vacation, without loss of pay, of 4 weeks. Unused vacation time shall not accrue to subsequent years, and upon any termination of her employment hereunder for any reason, all unused vacation time shall immediately be canceled.
