Vacation During Summer Months. Scheduling of vacations shall be determined by the Employer in accordance with operational requirements. Two (2) consecutive weeks vacation shall be granted to every employee so desiring within the months of June to September inclusive, unless this would unduly interrupt Employer services. Vacation exceeding two (2) weeks duration may be granted within this period by mutual consent of the Employer and the employee.
