Leave – Vacation. Years of service for vacation entitlement earned during previous employment and recognized in “A” shall be credited by “B”.
Leave – Vacation. The Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid leave/vacation per year. The use of accrued leave or vacation must be pre-approved by Employer’s Chief Executive Officer, and Employee may not use more than two (2) continuous weeks of vacation. If any leave/vacation days accrued in a fiscal year remain unused by Employee at the end of such fiscal year, then Employee may carry over a maximum of five (5) unused leave/vacation days into the immediately subsequent fiscal year.

Leave – Vacation. Vacation accrual for regular employees commences July 1, 2004. Casual employee vacation entitlement of 8% commences July 1, 2004.
Leave – Vacation. Employees will be deemed as earning, for each month of service in a current vacation period, 1/12 of the one (1) week's vacation bonus. Where an employee who has received the vacation bonus for a current vacation period subsequently resigns, is discharged, or abandons his or her position before December 31st of the current vacation period, the Employer shall be entitled to recover the unearned portion of the vacation bonus.
