Vacation for Employees Who Work Less Than a Full Twelve Months. All vacation days shall be taken during the Christmas or Easter vacations at the discretion of the principal or department head. In no case may vacations be taken when school is in session, or at any other time that would necessitate the hiring of a substitute.
