Common use of Vacation for those Clause in Contracts

Vacation for those. terminating employment during the calendar year Employees who terminate employment in the course of the calendar year are entitled to a proportionate number of vacation days for that year. For employees who terminate employment before the end of a given month, this month does not count toward the proportionate vacation entitlement. If too many individual vacation days have been taken, this will be taken into account in calculating the final salary payment.
