Vacation in the Year of Retirement. Any regular employee: i. who has reached minimum retirement age as defined in the Municipal Pension Plan and has completed at least ten (10) years of pensionable service in accordance with and as defined in the said Act; or ii. whose age and years of service with the City total eighty (80) years or more, shall be entitled to receive full annual vacation on termination of employment for any reason except culpable conduct.
