Common use of Vacation; Paid Time Off Clause in Contracts

Vacation; Paid Time Off. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time and as required by applicable law.

Vacation; Paid Time Off. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to receive paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time and as required by applicable law, on a basis that is no less favorable than is provided to other similarly situated senior executives of the Company.
