VACATION PAY ALLOWANCES. (110) Each employee who has one or more years' seniority as of the vacation pay and paid absence allowance eligibility date, shall on that date become entitled to one week's vacation in that year, or such time off as the employee would be entitled to under existing law. For the purpose of ensuring compliance with such law, time off for paid absence allowance is deemed to be vacation time off.
