VACATION PAY STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. (a) Vacation regulations shall be in accordance with the regulations for the Construction Industry as outlined in the Employment Standards Act of the Province of Xxxxxxx, 0000, and all amendments thereto. (b) The Employer will contribute as Vacation Pay & Statutory Holiday Pay the applicable percentage of WAGES (as referred to in Article 14), as specified in the following Schedule. The Employer agrees to record, tax and pay, Vacation Pay and Statutory Holiday Pay on the weekly pay statements. The Employer and the Union agree that of the total amount of Vacation Pay and Statutory Holiday Pay, as specified in the following Schedule, four percent (4%) shall be deemed to be in lieu of Statutory Holidays, as defined in Article 5(d), and the balance shall be deemed Vacation Pay. 700 – WINDSOR, LONDON, SARNIA 10% 721 – TORONTO 10% 736 – HAMILTON 10% 759 – THUNDER BAY 10% 765 – OTTAWA 10% 786 – SUDBURY 10%
