WORK LIMITATION. There shall be no limitation placed on the amount of work to be performed by any employee during working hours.

21.01 Employees not included in the bargaining unit shall not perform work normally assigned to employees included in the bargaining unit except under the following conditions:
(a) instruction or training of employees;
(b) in the performance of necessary work when difficulties or emergencies are encountered on the job;
(c) when it is necessary to meet emergency requirements to customers and normal direct labour is unavailable (after the Company has made reasonable effort to inform the regular employee that such work is available);
(d) where a job has to be performed outside of standard work hours which it is expected will require less than one (1) hour to complete. Similar jobs must not accumulate to more than one (1) hour per day.

f) where the Company uses outside contractors to perform work normally performed by the bargaining unit, in the Weld Shop, it will notify the Union if it is anticipated that the work will last more than forty (40) consecutive hours.
21.02 Notwithstanding any of the provisions of Article 21.01 or any other Article of the Collective Agreement to the contrary, it is understood and agreed that the Company has the right to assign field service work that is to be performed at any location outside of 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx to non‐bargaining unit employees, or to bargaining unit employees, or to a combination of both, as the Company deems appropriate and in the Company’s sole discretion.

WORK LIMITATION. Vendor agrees to assume full responsibility for selecting, engaging, and discharging its employees, agents, or servants and for otherwise directing and controlling their activities. If Vendor's employees are to be supervised or controlled by P&G, then the following shall apply: Vendor must comply with P&G's "1,000 Hours" policy. Any employee of the Vendor who works 1,000 hours or more in any combination of assignments on any of P&G's premises or representing P&G on another's premises for any combination of Vendors in P&G's fiscal year will not be permitted to work as a Vendor employee at P&G's facilities or represent P&G on another's premises at any time in the next P&G's fiscal year. Such individuals will become eligible to work again at P&G's facilities on July 1 of the following year.

(A) The Employer agrees to maintain all working equipment in a condition satisfactory to meet the inspec- tion requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and the Illinois Department of Labor and Industry. The Employer agrees to make all reasonable provisions for health and safety for all employees during the hours of employment, and agrees to abide by the working rules of the Union in regard to safety measures.
(B) No employee shall be obligated by the terms of this Agreement to use any equipment or vehicle not in safe operating condition and equipped with all safety appliances required by law. The employee agrees to ob- serve all safety and health laws, rules and regulations.
(C) No employee shall be required to work, nor shall any employee be discriminated against, for refusing to work with equipment that the Union considers unsafe or under conditions that are termed unsafe and which fail to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, state safety laws, and all rules and regulations of the Illi- nois Department of Labor and Industry relating to safety.
