Vacation Rate Changes. Any employee hired prior to ratification of this Agreement who has less than three (3) years of service will continue to accrue vacation at three (3) weeksweeks / six (6%) percent until they reach the next vacation milestone as outlined in sub-articles 17.03 and 17.11. Employees hired after date of ratification will accrue vacation as outlined in sub-articles 17.03 and 17.11.
