Vacation Requests - Twelve Month Employees. Employees shall submit written vacation requests to the supervisor at least two (2) weeks prior to vacation time desired. For vacations periods of one (1) week or longer, the request must be presented at least two (2) weeks prior to the vacation time desired. If two employees from the same office request identical dates at the same time, the employee with the most seniority shall be honored. Employees cannot be bumped from vacation dates once they are scheduled.
