Common use of Vacation Schedule Change Clause in Contracts

Vacation Schedule Change. An employee's scheduled vacation period shall not be changed by the Employer within the one (1) month period immediately preceding the start of the vacation period, without the consent of the employee concerned.

Vacation Schedule Change. An employee's scheduled vacation period shall not be changed by the Employer company within the one two (12) month period immediately preceding the start of the vacation period, period without the consent of the employee concerned.
