VACATION TIME COORDINATOR. 7.4.1 During the vacation period of a Coordinator, a Vacation Time Coordinator may be appointed by the Xxxx to perform the Coordinator’s duties. Prior to vacation periods, the Xxxx shall consult with the coordinated areas and will determine the need for Vacation Time Coordinators. Such appointments shall be made using procedures similar to those defined in 11.1.
