Common use of Vacation Travel Assistance Clause in Contracts

Vacation Travel Assistance. (1) All employees other than casual employees traveling on vacation leave are entitled to transportation assistance once each fiscal year from Fort Providence to Edmonton, or to any other destination, provided that the Employer shall pay only that amount equivalent to a return trip to Edmonton.

Vacation Travel Assistance. (1) All Subject to subclause below, all employees other than casual employees traveling travelling on vacation leave are entitled to transportation assistance once each fiscal year from Fort Providence Haven to Edmonton, Edmonton or to any other destination, provided that the Employer shall pay only that amount equivalent to a return trip cost of the latter is no greater than travel to Edmonton.
