Common use of Vacations 9 Clause in Contracts

Vacations 9. 02.01 Employees shall be entitled to annual vacation with pay. The vacation entitlement is calculated on a bi-weekly basis. Temporary employees will be paid vacation pay, as set out in the Employment Standards Code, in lieu of time off.
