Common use of Vacations, Holidays, etc Clause in Contracts

Vacations, Holidays, etc. During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to paid time off of at least 25 days per year or, if greater, such other amount as provided under the policies as established from time to time by the Board or the Bank Board. Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays, sick days, and personal days provided by the Bank to its regular full-time employees and senior executive officers.
