Valid Sample with a. Certified Result means a body component sample that may be measured for the presence or absence of drugs, alcohol or their metabolites. I acknowledge that I have seen and read the City of Minneapolis Drug and Alcohol Testing LOA. I hereby consent to undergo drug and/or alcohol testing pursuant to said LOA, and I authorize the City of Minneapolis through its agents and employees to collect a sample from me for those purposes. I understand that the procedure employed in this process will ensure the integrity of the sample and is designed to comply with medicolegal requirements.
