Validity and Duration. 1. The present agreement has an experimental nature and shall be valid for 4 years, except for different agreements reached by the parties underwritten during its application.

Validity and Duration. This Agreement will become effective upon signature by both PARTIES and will have an indefinite duration. Nevertheless, any PARTY may terminate it by giving notice without need of explaining its reasons to the other PARTY. The SQA is valid for all products or services which are supplied by the supplier. The SQA can be terminated in writing by either party on condition of a notice period of twelve months to the end of the month.
