Common use of VALIDITY OF DRIVERS LICENSES Clause in Contracts

VALIDITY OF DRIVERS LICENSES. In order to ensure that the Company exercises its duty of care to ensure all its employees with driving responsibilities are driving with a valid driving license, on a quarterly basis, or acting on reliable evidence, the Company may seek to be advised by the relevant government road traffic or licensing body, of the validity of all driver licenses. The Company shall not seek any information other than whether the license is valid.
