Validity of Purchase Agreement. Except to the extent specifically amended herein, all of the terms of the Purchase Agreement shall remain unmodified.
Validity of Purchase Agreement. The Purchase Agreement is in full force and effect, and the Contributor has not received written notice from Nationwide, nor does it otherwise have knowledge of, any default or event of default thereunder.
Validity of Purchase Agreement. All provisions in the Purchase Agreement shall be directly and automatically applicable to this Software License to the extent that this Software License does not contain anything specifically to the contrary. In the event of conflict between any provision of this Software License and any provision of the Purchase Agreement, the provision of this Software License shall prevail.
Validity of Purchase Agreement. 14.4.1 In case Customer and QPR have agreed a Purchase Agreement then all provisions in this Purchase Agreement shall be directly and automatically applicable to this Software License to the extent that this Software License does not contain anything specifically to the contrary. In the event of conflict between any provision of this Software License and any provision of QPR’s Purchase Agreement, the provision of QPR’s Purchase Agreement shall prevail.
