Value Plan (403B). The Employer will provide a 403B plan, making whatever changes may be required to comply with applicable laws and regulations. The Employer will match the 403B contributions of nurses in accordance with the terms of its matching plan. The plan documents related to the Retirement Benefits are hereby incorporated by reference and considered a part of this Agreement.
