Benefit Accrual. For purposes of accrual of benefits, a regular biweekly pay period consists of eighty (80) hours.
Benefit Accrual. Seniority, for the purpose of vacation, pension and sick leave accrual shall be based upon an employee’s continuous length of service with WSF. Seniority, for the purpose of all other benefit accrual, shall be by bargaining unit-wide seniority based upon an employee’s continuous length of service or adjusted length of service within the bargaining unit.

While working in an acting capacity, unit employees will continue to accrue and have recorded general, special, or normal salary step increases in the unit employee's permanent position. However, such salary increases will be paid only to maintain a minimum five (5) range points (e.g., ten [10] half-points) differential above the salary to which a unit employee is entitled in his/her permanent position.
