Vandalism and Assault. Any employment-related vandalism or assault upon the teacher shall promptly be reported to the Site Administrator and Superintendent by the teacher. The Site Administrator or Superintendent shall take such reasonable action as may be appropriate, and inform the teacher of the action taken. It shall be the responsibility of the teacher, if he/she chooses, to report the incident to law enforcement.

  • Trespass, vandalism and animals Without prejudice to the other provisions of this contract, each of the parties shall use all reasonable endeavours (including participating in such consultation and joint action as is reasonable in all the circumstances) to reduce:
