Site Administrator. The administrator having immediate jurisdiction over the employee who is filing the grievance.
Site Administrator. Participant will designate a person (“Site Administrator”) who shall have the following responsibilities:
1. The Site Administrator is responsible for ensuring understanding of his or her responsibilities.
2. The Site Administrator shall perform duties related to authentication, determine appropriate access requirements, and notify CliniSync in instances of improper use as defined by CliniSync policy.
3. The Site Administrator’s identity must be verified in accordance with the Company’s Identity Proofing Procedure. The Site Administrator will then be authorized to provision access to those within their organization in accordance to the minimum necessary requirement as defined by HIPAA in the same HIPAA-compliant manner used when issuing other credentials to conduct their organization’s business.
Site Administrator. The Client must appoint and maintain the appointment of a Site Administrator and provide Argentex with the name of that individual. The Site Administrator is responsible for maintaining the security of the Client Access Methods
Site Administrator. Participant will designate a person (“Site Administrator”) to whom all CliniSync communications may be addressed and who has the authority to act on all aspects of the services. The Site Administrator is responsible for ensuring understanding of their responsibilities. The Site Administrator will also coordinate participant participation and ensure timely management decisions are made. In addition to the above, the Site Administrators responsibilities include:
i. The Site Administrator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing duties related to authentication, determining appropriate access requirements, and notifying CliniSync in instances of improper use as defined by CliniSync policy.
ii. The Site Administrator’s identity must be verified in accordance with the Partnership’s Identity Proofing Procedure. The Site Administrator will then be authorized to provision access to those within their organization in accordance to the minimum necessary requirement as defined by HIPAA in the same HIPAA-compliant manner used when issuing other credentials to conduct their organizations business.
Site Administrator. Client shall designate a primary contact who shall function as the liaison to Company and who shall be trained by Company so that the contact shall be able to train and support Users on the use of Subscription Services (Site Administrator). The Site Administrator shall be the primary point of contact with Company on all issues related to Subscription Services.
Site Administrator. Participant shall designate a Site Administrator who shall be responsible for managing Participant and its User’s access to the Software. Participant shall submit a Site Administrator Addendum in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Site Administrator as used in this Agreement means any individual employed by the Berryessa Union School District in an administrative position at a specific school site as defined in Government Code Section 3540.1(g)

Site Administrator. The Operator will utilize a Site Administrator to support its efforts and manage the daily operations of PA CareerLink® sites in the Pittsburgh and Allegheny County WDAs. Functions of the Site Administrator may include, but are not limited to: Provide functional supervision of PA CareerLink® sites and staff; Support the Operator in coordinating service delivery across one-stop partner programs, placing priority on customer service; Oversee operations within an established budget, submitting accurate and timely invoices to Partner4Work; Ensure PA CareerLink® sites and operations are compliant with WIOA and its related regulations, state-defined PA CareerLink® certification criteria, all applicable contracts and agreements, and Partner4Work’s local policies; Coordinate daily work schedules, staff vacations, and workflow based on operational needs; and Monitor, evaluate, and report on performance, customer satisfaction, and other service delivery data to Partner4Work and the Operator. Partners agree that the use of high-quality, integrated data is essential to inform decisions made by policymakers, employers, and job seekers. Additionally, it is vital to develop and maintain an integrated case management system, as appropriate, that informs customer service throughout customers’ interaction with the integrated system and allows information collected from customers at intake to be captured once. Partners further agree that the collection, use, and disclosure of customers’ personally identifiable information (PII) is subject to various requirements set forth in Federal and State privacy laws. Partners acknowledge that the execution of this MOU, by itself, does not function to satisfy all of these requirements. All data, including customer PII, collected, used, and disclosed by Partners will be subject to the following: Customer PII will be properly secured in accordance with the Partner4Work policies and procedures regarding the safeguarding of PII. The collection, use, and disclosure of customer education records, and the PII contained therein, as defined under FERPA, shall comply with FERPA and applicable State privacy laws.
