Variable Schedule. For employees who normally work the majority of their hours on shifts where a shift differential applies, vacation time shall be paid with a shift differential on a pro-rated basis. This shall be determined according to the best approximation of the department supervisor as to the percentage of time the employee normally works that is subject to shift differential.

The information set forth in the data tape or other listing regarding the Receivables made available to the Depositor and its assigns was true and correct in all material respects as of the close of business on the Cutoff Date.
