Variants. 1) BFL may under the Loan, at its sole discretion, allow the Borrower to prepay in to and drawdown from his Loan account multiple times based on Borrower's request and requirement.
2) Structure for rollover in case of Flexi Loan Account: Flexi Loan Account is based on a dropline amortization construct wherein the rollover amount/Available Principal outstanding of the Borrower shall be reduced on a monthly basis such that the available principal is reduced to zero at the end of Loan tenor.
3) Under the Flexi Loan Account, the Loan account tenor may or may not change.
