OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT. The tender consists in developing a pilot project for systematic data collection for monitoring and evaluation of Local Adaptation Plans (PLA) actions and their effects on beneficiary populations in Mozambique. The quantities of "man/days" set below are given as an indication, and the tenderer is required to provide an adequate workplan to carry out all the services and deliverables (and as specified in its tender) for a lump sum price – see “Terms of references” - section 5. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT. This framework public services contract consists in the performance for Conference facility and restaurant services for Enabel in Mozambique”, in conformity with the conditions of these Tender Specifications. This public contract is awarded as a Framework agreement concluded with several operators without reopening competition in accordance with Article 43 § 5, 1° of the Law of 17 June 2016. The framework agreement establishes the terms governing public contracts to be concluded during the validity period of the agreement. The award of this framework agreement does not give the successful tenderer any right of exclusivity. The Contracting Authority may, even during the period of validity of the framework agreement, have identical or similar services to those described in this SCC carried out by other suppliers or by its own departments. The successful tenderer will not be entitled to claim any compensation for this. This should normally remain exceptional and will be the case when the AP launches a procedure relating to a project as a whole.

  • SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT The Contractor shall perform the Services set out [in Schedule 1] [below2] in accordance with the Contract.   • Object and Scope of the Agreement The competent authorities of the Contracting Parties shall provide assistance through exchange of information that is foreseeably relevant to the administration and enforcement of the domestic laws of the Contracting Parties concerning taxes covered by this Agreement. Such information shall include information that is foreseeably relevant to the determination, assessment and collection of such taxes, the recovery and enforcement of tax claims, or the investigation or prosecution of tax matters. Information shall be exchanged in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and shall be treated as confidential in the manner provided in Article 8. The rights and safeguards secured to persons by the laws or administrative practice of the requested Party remain applicable to the extent that they do not unduly prevent or delay effective exchange of information.

  • TERM AND SCOPE OF THE CIA A. The period of the compliance obligations assumed by Progenity under this CIA shall be five years from the effective date of this CIA. The “Effective Date” shall be the date on which the final signatory of this CIA executes this CIA. Each one-year period, beginning with the one-year period following the Effective Date, shall be referred to as a “Reporting Period.” B. The right set out in this clause does not extend to centralized ordering facilities, such as document delivery systems, nor the distribution of copies in such quantities as to substitute for a subscription or purchase of the distributed Content. 2.2. Authorized Users may solely for their personal educational, scientific, or research purposes: 2.2.1. access (including by remote access, with the exception of walk-in-users), browse, view, collate, display, search and retrieve the Content, 0.0.0. xxxxxxxx, store on a hard drive or removable media drive, print and copy in paper and digital form single articles, eBooks and portions thereof, individual database outputs, graphs, reports, or other individual items of the Content, 2.2.3. use single articles, eBooks and portions thereof, individual database outputs, graphs, reports or other individual items of the Content for the preparation of academic course materials with all rights notices duly presented. 2.2.4. use the Springer Nature SharedIt functionality when available, or other means when necessary, to transmit single articles, chapters or other individual items of Content to third-party members of the Authorized Users’ research group(s) for personal, scholarly, educational, or research use, but in no case for commercial purposes, nor in any manner that would serve as a replacement for a subscription to the Content.

  • Scope of Contract This Contract specifies the contractual terms and conditions by which County will procure and receive goods/services from Contractor as set forth in the Scope of Work, which is attached hereto as Attachment A and incorporated by this reference.
