Living Expenses 13. You will normally live in Oxford during while you are at the University and will need to pay for your living costs such as food, accommodation, and personal items unless this is being covered by your home institution.
Modification Costs Developer shall not be assigned the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements that Connecting Transmission Owner makes to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or the New York State Transmission System to facilitate the interconnection of a third party to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or the New York State Transmission System, or to provide Transmission Service to a third party under the NYISO OATT, except in accordance with the cost allocation procedures in Attachment S of the NYISO OATT. Developer shall be responsible for the costs of any additions, modifications, or replacements to the Developer Attachment Facilities that may be necessary to maintain or upgrade such Developer Attachment Facilities consistent with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards or Good Utility Practice.
Moving Expenses Reimbursements and procedures will be in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office Policy 40.055.10, and its successors. Changes in this policy will be automatically incorporated into this contract Article.
Additional Living Expense If a loss covered under Section I makes that part of the "residence premises" where you re- side not fit to live in, we cover any necessary increase in living expenses incurred by you so that your household can maintain its normal standard of living. Payment will be for the shortest time required to repair or replace the damage or, if you per- manently relocate, the shortest time required for your household to settle elsewhere.
