Connection Charge. 14.1 When Our Connection Works are finished, We will invoice You for the Connection Charge.
14.2 The amount of the Connection Charge will be the amount set out in paragraph 2.5 of the Contract.
14.3 You must pay the Connection Charge as part of Your first Bill in accordance with this Contract.
Connection Charge. Users will be charged GGT’s direct costs for the installation of facilities associated with the connection of the User’s facilities to the GGT Pipeline.
Connection Charge for the commencement of a Firm Service, a once-only Connection Charge, payable on the Date of Service Agreement, for each new Outlet Point and, a once-only Connection Charge for each additional Outlet Point nominated or provided during the Service Period;
Connection Charge. The Connection Charge shall be the actual costs of material and labour to install the water service to the property line. The customer must install a water meter supplied by the Township of North Huron at the customer’s expenses. The Consumption Costs, Watermain Frontage Cost, Capital Charge or Infrastructure Recovery Fee and Connection Charge shall be the responsibility of the Municipality of Xxxxxx-Turnberry and shall be recovered from the owners or tenants of the affected properties by Xxxxxx- Turnberry.

The negotiated percentage sewage charge for Wescast Industries will be 50% of the applicable metered Water Rate or 1.5 times the out of town flat sewage rate, whichever is greater, plus a capital reserve charge of 100% of the applicable water capital reserve per inch of service. Annually, during the term of this Agreement, Xxxxxx Turnberry’s shall contribute to North Huron services in accordance with Clause 3 c) of the Township’s Cross Border Servicing Policy which states that Cross Border Agreements shall contain; “Provisions which recognize ongoing partnership between the receiving municipality and the Township of North Huron including;
Connection Charge. Owner shall pay the City a connection charge of $3,043.67 (“Connection Charge”) to connect Owner’s Irrigation Improvements to the System, which has been calculated as follows: 60% of Owner’s estimated cost, as calculated by the City Engineer, to construct the on-site water quality and filtration improvements that would be required if Owner’s Parcel was not connected to the System; 100% of the City’s estimated cost, as calculated by the City Engineer, to construct all improvements necessary to connect Owner’s Parcel to the System. Owner acknowledges and agrees the Connection Charge is fair and equitable. The Connection Charge is due and payable within 10 days after the City approves connection to the System. If Owner fails to timely pay the Connection Charge, the City may immediately terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Owner. If termination occurs, the City shall have no obligation to connect Owner’s Parcel to the System and Owner shall address all storm water drainage requirements on- site in full compliance with Applicable Storm Water Laws (defined in Section 4.1.2 below).
Connection Charge. 5.1.1. The Connection Charges as set out and paid in accordance with the terms of the Municipal Quotation Letter are recorded in Annexure “A” (Municipal Quotation Letter.) The charges include, but are not limited to: dedicated assets and costs, upstream assets and costs not recovered through SHARED NETWORK CHARGES (SNC), and any recoverable work costs.
5.1.2. Connection Charge for the refurbishment of Premium Equipment (as applicable)
5.1.2.1. As the Premium Equipment will of necessity eventually need to be replaced or refurbished, it is accordingly agreed that when the said replacement or refurbishment (ordinary maintenance and repairs being specifically excluded) becomes necessary in the MUNICIPALITY’s opinion (acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator) in order for the MUNICIPALITY to continue to make available the Premium Connection to the CUSTOMER to meet the standard of reliability and security in Annexure D (Generator Municipality Connection), the MUNICIPALITY shall notify the CUSTOMER in writing thereof, giving details of the replacement and/or refurbishment work that has to be carried out, how the quality of the connection will be affected if the necessary replacement and/or refurbishment is not effected and the estimated costs of such work (the ‘Premium Equipment Refurbishment Work’), which notice shall be accompanied by a quote for the charge to be levied by the MUNICIPALITY for such Premium Equipment Refurbishment Work.
5.1.2.2. If the CUSTOMER disputes in writing the need for the replacement and/or refurbishment work referred to, within [90 (ninety) days] of receipt by the CUSTOMER of the MUNICIPALITY’s notice in this regard, the matter shall be finally determined by NERSA. The MUNICIPALITY shall, however, until such time as the dispute is adjudicated on, have the right to disconnect and/or remove such Premium Equipment if in the MUNICIPALITY’s opinion (acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator) it becomes necessary for safety or technical reasons, provided that such disconnection or removal shall not cause the Premium Equipment to fall below the standard of reliability and security provided by a Standard Connection, or
5.1.2.3. if the CUSTOMER does not accept the MUNICIPALITY’s quotation to carry out the said replacement and/or refurbishment work within the period as may be stated in the quotation, then the MUNICIPALITY shall have the right to disconnect and/or remove such Premium Equipment if in the MUNICIPALITY’s opinion (acting as a Re...
Connection Charge. For connection to Minot's water system, North Prairie will pay a one time non-refundable connection charge equal to the cost of meters (including installation costs) provided by Minot pursuant to Paragraph 7, upon delivery and installation of such meters. The locations of North Prairie's metering points shall be determined by mutual agreement of Minot and North Prairie.
